Refund Policy

Digital publications (The Positioning Playbook)

Because access is granted immediately and the file cannot be returned, digital publications are non-refundable once delivered. If a file is corrupted or will not open, contact us and we will replace it or refund the purchase at our discretion.

Written Position Audit

• Full refund if you cancel before work begins (i.e., before we confirm receipt of your intake materials).
• Once work has begun or the audit has been delivered, the purchase is non-refundable.

Private Consultation

• Full refund available within 14 days of purchase if the session has not yet been delivered.
• Cancellations require 24 hours' notice. No-shows without notice are forfeited and not refundable.
• Once a session has been delivered (including the written summary), it is non-refundable.

Standing Counsel (monthly retainer)

• Cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• A first month can be refunded within 7 days of initial purchase if no session has been delivered.
• Partial months are not refunded after sessions have been delivered in that period.

How to request a refund

Email H428@pwwmbi.com (PWWMBI, Burleson, Texas, USA) with your Whop order confirmation. Approved refunds are issued through Whop to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Disputes

Please contact us before filing a payment dispute or chargeback — most issues are resolved faster directly. Chargebacks filed for services that were delivered may be contested with delivery records and this policy.
