Terms of Service

1. Services

PWWMBI ("we", "us") provides business and marketing consulting and digital publications: the Positioning Playbook (digital download), the Written Position Audit, Private Consultations, and the Standing Counsel monthly retainer (together, the "Services").

2. Purchases & Payment

All purchases are processed by Whop, Inc. ("Whop"). By purchasing, you also agree to Whop's terms of service and payment policies. We do not store or process your payment card information.

3. Delivery

• Digital publications are delivered by Whop immediately upon purchase.
• Written audits are delivered by email within five business days of receiving your completed intake materials.
• Consultations are scheduled after purchase and must be booked within 60 days unless otherwise agreed.

4. Scheduling & Attendance

You may reschedule a consultation once with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions without notice are forfeited and are not eligible for refund.

5. No Guarantees of Results

The Services are educational and advisory in nature. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue, income, or growth figure. Any examples discussed are illustrative only. Your results depend on your own execution, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

6. Not Professional Advice

Nothing provided as part of the Services constitutes legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Consult a licensed professional for those matters.

7. Intellectual Property

The Playbook, audit documents, frameworks, and session materials are for your internal business use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or published.

8. Confidentiality

We treat information you share with us as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law.

9. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
